Episode 97: One of the Who's in my life

Welcome to season two of CEO Meets Homeschool. My name is Timea Parker, and I'm both a CEO and homeschool mom to my four boys. Welcome to episode 97. So I am going to talk about one of the who's in my life and. I will mention a little bit about one of the findings of my unique ability. One of the part of it you do is some assessments, and then I mentioned previously you collect raw data that's other people's, what they perceive about you. And a consistent thing is the assessment summarized it that I have the ability to catch an idea. And make it a reality, which I really love that. We'll see if I can keep up with it, but I really enjoy kind of creating and coming up with ideas and usually I. It has to be something that I obviously wanna pursue. That's when the good energy comes into play. And there's a few things that I am working on right now, and one, some of it's tied to real estate and one of the who's in my life, and it's actually in my husband and I life, we have a, a realtor friend, and I was on the phone with him the other day. And trying to share my vision of what we needed to do to kind of chase one of the goals. One of our properties, a rental that I have in Texas, we're likely going to be selling. And so I was sharing what I needed to do or kind of questions on how do we accomplish a few things. And he literally like. I can start a sentence and say, well, this is what I need to do, or this is where we're heading. And he was able to finish the sentence with the wisdom and knowledge on how to accomplish it. And I feel like that's such a great example of having who's in your life. You might want to pursue something, but you lack the skills or wisdom. On how to move ahead, and a lot of times we will take a course or go to a conference or do all these things to try to figure out how to get that wisdom ourselves when it's not really something that we should be doing. Because I have, I. No desire to be a realtor, I don't think I'd be good at it. And it's just like there's a, I'm a introvert. There's a lot of dealing with people, like there's so many I could go down the list. So what happens is we use up a lot of our valuable time sometimes trying to do something that we never should have done. We need to find a who, who loves doing that and who can help save us time and effort. And probably money in the sense of we could get stuck and delayed and you'll lose money over the, in the long run. So anyway, I just wanted to share, so this, who in our life has been, I. So awesome. And I was just, it just brought such good energy helping us move this project along, and I recommend pay attention to who those people are in your life, who are the who's that move things forward in a really great way. There's a quote. And it says, if you want to go fast, go alone. If you wanna go far, go together. And that definitely applies to this podcast. Have a great day, everyone.
